At Sleep Apnea Testing, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and used accessories are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print & Pack

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
